Welcome to the Recreational Marine Fishing License and Lay Net Permit Application.
To create a primary account, you must be at least 15 years old. However, only users 18 and over can add eligible minors (those aged 17 and younger) to the account so they can obtain Nonresident Recreational Marine Fishing Licenses or Lay Net Permits. While minors aged 14 and under do not need a Recreational Marine Fishing License, they must still obtain a Lay Net Permit if they intend to use a lay net while fishing.
