Welcome to the Recreational Marine Fishing License and Lay Net Permit ApplicationPrimary account holders must be 15+. Only individuals 18+ can add someone to the account for a fishing license/lay net permit. Minors 14 and under do not need a fishing license, but require a lay net permit when using a lay net.
